WHAT IS LANGKISSTUR?
How do you say "Lancaster, Pennsylvania"?
Lovingly designed by Lititz, Pennsylvania native and designer Alison, the original Langkisstur logo is a gesture of love proudly featuring Lancaster's unique local pronunciation. If you grew up in Lancaster County like Alison, you know that Lancaster is pronounced "Lang•kiss•tur" and not "Land•kass•ter". We hear its pronounced "Land•kass•ter" by Californians and Texans. There may be many Lancasters, but there's only one Langkisstur.

The Langkisstur logo adorns locally etched wine glasses, locally printed tee shirts, locally made travertine coasters, stickers, car magnets, and more. Our Langkisstur logo car magnets have been spotted from the city of brotherly love all the way to the far north mountains of Oregon!
